Remember, O Lord,
what has happened to us;
Look upon us and see our shame,
our disgrace.
Lead us, Father, into Your Way,
and may we see compassion upon Your face.

It may look as if things are hopeless,
and we may even be in dismay,
but, Father God,
with all of Your glory and mighty power,
You are able to save the day.

We may be weary,
we may have no rest,
and the enemy may be close at our heels.
But, Father, You are the Savior,
the Rock we lean on,
and Your power alone,
can make the raging tempests still.

Give us a heart for You, O Lord,
may our spirits seek You, each morn',
And may we be arrayed in Your robes of righteousness,
and with splendor,
be adorned.

We love You, and thank You, Father.
