Good Morning, Folks!

†††

"But you will receive power
when the Holy Spirit comes on you,
and you will be My witnesses to Jerusalem,
and in all Judea, and Samaria, and
to the ends of the earth."

Acts 1:7

†††

We can, most often,
recognize a divine appointment,
by the spirit of fear which usually
arises, whenever announced.

It's the first emotion that
reveals itself in order to cancel
any faith that is needed ... faith which
will fuel the self-confidence needed
to go forth and fulfill that which
God has called us to do.

The human perspective will
have us become apprehensive,
doubtful, while the spiritual, faithful
perspective, the Holy Spirit within, will
enforce inspiration and grasp the
vision ... the precept, that
we can and we will!

As the disciples realized that
they would have to continue the
faith message, without Jesus by their side,
they boldly confessed His message,
to all whom would listen.

Sometimes, the leaders around
us must go, and we remain, but just
like the disciples, we must continue the
work which has begun, making
sure of its completion.

Whatever God has placed
in our hearts to do, we must
continue to endure until the time
has come, to perform it.

It was at the time
that the disciples received
the power of the Holy Spirit, that
they began to preach as Jesus
did, the Kingdom of God.

Allowing ourselves to
receive directives from the
power of the Holy Spirit, is the
key to the completion of the tasks
that have been set before us ... the
tasks which we have all been
called to produce.

Our purpose doesn't hinge on
who is on the outside, but Who is
on the inside, and we go forth, in His
power, to accomplish and succeed, and
to win the victories from the battles
which await us, upon this
faith journey's path.

Fight With
Strength and Hope

Worries come in many forms
and heartbreak follows woe,

But put them in the hands
of God for His blessings to bestow.

He heals the sick and reaches out
to soothe the troubled soul,

He helps you find the way to go
to reach your chosen goal.

Remember you can't always
winthe daily trials you face,

But you can fight with strengthened
hope when you invoke God's grace.

Good Morning, Folks!

†††

"As My Father
has loved Me, so have
I loved you.

Now remain in My love.
If you obey My commands, you
will remain in My love, just as
I have obeyed My Father's
commands, and remain
in His love."

John 15:9-10

†††

Simply being alone, and
the feeling of loneliness, are
two different things.

Many times, for a Christian,
being alone is an inviting opportunity
to spend some precious, intimate
time with God, our Father.

If sought after,
He will reveal Himself,
when one is set apart, expecting
a word or direction
to come forth.

He loves to commune
with us, when we are away
from the noise and all the distractions
which plague us, in a busy world.

However, loneliness
is a feeling of isolation,
from everyone!

If one is feeling loneliness,
and we all do, at times, the enemy
will be quick to add to those emotions,
with attacks of condemnation,
criticism, and accusations.

He will bring thoughts
of guilt and pain, past memories
which may exaggerate this affliction,
keeping one focused upon self.

A person who
spends too much time alone,
will be attacked!

To bring oneself out of
loneliness, requires reaching
out to others in friendship,
preferably to Christians,
who have compassion
for the lonely.

Beginning to seek God
for His direction ... seriously
pursuing Him, will bring wisdom,
and clear direction out
of loneliness.

God didn't create us
to live lives of isolation
and loneliness!

Some just haven't been
able to heal from past hurts
or relationships, which can make
them aloof and distant.

We are to become
special instruments, joining
together ... with other special
instruments, to create a
beautiful lifesong
.

The composition of any
song requires different notes,
and each of us carries within
us, our very own tunes!

Amen?

Windsong

Praise You, oh Lord,
for this bright new day.
May it exalt you in every way.

The song from the wind
as it travels through earth,
seems to hum a sweet melody,
expressing rebirth.

The valleys and mountains
chime their soft encore, of peace
here on earth and of love evermore.

May we hear and rejoice, as
we travel through life ... and blend
in great harmony to God's Will,
free from strife.

And while trumpets blow loudly,
and flutes, soft and mellow, we shall
join in the song, as sweet air
through a bellow ...

Humming and praising
each step of the way, with our
Lord and our Savior, Who
is with us each day.

Good Morning, Folks!

†††

And He said:

"I tell you the truth,
unless you change and
become like little children,
you will never enter the
Kingdom of Heaven.

Therefore, whoever
humbles himself like this
child is the greatest in the
Kingdom of Heaven."

Matthew 18:3-4

†††

In our faith walks,
Folks, there is required
humbleness, as well.

Humbling ourselves to
the knowledge that without
God, we can do nothing,
is a wise thing.

We need God
His power, His strength,
in our lives, to sustain us in
all times and in all
kinds of need.

Our needs are
much more than physical
or financial!

Without our spiritual
needs being met, we remain
as dry vessels and of
no use to God.

Humbling ourselves to
Him, seeking Him, rather than
ourselves or men, will bring us into
the rivers of His depth, which
will flood our very souls.

Until we, ourselves,
can be nourished, we cannot
nourish any other.

Our willingness
to become humble is
the first step of true
heart obedience!

Surrender your all to
God each morning and become
humble before Him.

It leads us to the
highway of wisdom
and blessing!

Each and
Every Person

Each and every person
has a very special place,
which fulfills a special mission
and is touched by love and grace.

Each and every person
fills a very special role,
which reveals a special talent
that lies deep within the soul.

Each and every person
plays a very special part,
which portrays a special calling
and lives within the heart!

Good Morning, Folks!

†††

"But straightway Jesus
spake unto them, saying:

Be of good cheer.
It is I ... be not afraid."

Matthew 14:27

†††

So many times in the
Word, do we hear the Lord
reminding us not to fear!

Fear seems to be
gripping the hearts and
minds of men ... even those
who have claimed to
be Believers.

We cannot allow the
enemy to take control of our
thoughts or our tongues, to the
extent that we are fearful, speaking
his messages of fear to others,
through us!

The internet
is a powerful tool!

I can see the
enemy using it, to coerce
people into fear.

With one click of a
mouse, we are all able to
send forth messages to
multitudes of people.

We have to be Christian
responsible, to weigh each
message we send ... to see who
the message is coming from, and
the reason for it ... and the
results it may bring.

We, as Christians,
are to enourage, and
lift up and exalt!

In today's society, as in
all the past, God instructs His
people to pray ... to pray
in one accord!

Each and every
one of us, should be
doing this daily!

Prayers not only
bring us closer to God,
but they reveal where our
hearts truly lie.

I spend a lot of
time in prayer, during the
course of a day.

I pray everywhere!

"The effectual fervent
prayer of a righteous man
availeth much."

James 5:16

As we speak, as we
correspond, we are either
sending message of faith,
or those of fear!

If fear, we have
become the ally of
the enemy!

We live by faith,
and not by sight!

We trust in God's
Word ... and not by
appearances!

Get a grip, and flee from fear!

A spirit of fear is
not the way of God!

Dear Father

Today, I lift up Your people,
and I pray that You will bless
their minds, their hearts.

Lord ...
Lead them back to faith
in You, and may they know
that You are the Creator, the Father
of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

As men look upon
things, which are sent to
produce fear, may Your Holy
Spirit begin to witness unto them,
that You are there, and near.

Father ...
May Your people remember
Your Word, that You have come
to grant us peace ... Your perfect
peace, and that in You, our
peace is sustained.

Thank You today, Father,
for ruling over the minds and
thoughts of Your people, and for
leading them to You, where
they may receive peace,
the peace everlasting.

In the name of Jesus,
we all pray and agree,
thanking You,
Amen

Good Morning, Folks!

†††

"Yet I hold this
against you ... You have
forsaken your first Love.

Remember the height
from which you have fallen!

Repent and
do the things you
did at first.

If you do not repent,
I will come to you and
remove your lampstand
from its place."

Revelation 2:4-5

†††

There is a term
in legal communities:

"Alienation of Affection."

Some even still use it
today as a claim in divorce
proceedings, where another has
been allowed to invade
the marriage.

There is a term in
the Christian community,
called "Passion".

Most generally,
this describes one's
love and zeal for Christ,
our first Love.

In every generation,
from the beginning of time,
a turning away from Christ, by
many who have developed a
lukewarm spirit, has
taken place.

The cares and
concerns, the enticements
of the world, have captivated
hearts and minds.

No longer do they
have time to seek God each day,
to set aside some private
time with Him.

We all need to evaluate
how much time we give Him,
each day, and consider if we truly
include Him, in our daily routines,
which we are all caught up in.

It's never too
late to restore that special
relationship with God!

Just a simple change
of mind, and the stirring of
a heart, to call out to Him,
is all it takes from us.

Once we repent and ask
for His forgiveness, He will gladly
see His children upon the right path
once more, leading us to His heart and
His righteousness ... the pathway
leading to the safe place, His
sanctuary, our home.

Make it a
special day today,
for Our Father!

Spend more
time with Him, and
be blessed!

Know that
God is Always There

Awake some morning at sunrise,
Rid yourself of each worry or care,

Plan to spend the day with Our Father,
Know that God is always there.

Know your tasks will fall light upon
you, each one you'll be able to bear,

Just turn your thoughts to Our Father,
Know that God is always there.

To each friend or stranger give comfort,
of your goodness be willing to share.

Ask for guidance from Our Father,
Know that God is always there.

And when the day has ended,
turn to Heaven and offer a prayer,

That each day will be spent like this one,
knowing that God was always there.

Good Morning, Folks!

†††

Jesus looked
at them and said:

"With man this is impossible,
but not with God ... all things
are possible with God."

Mark 10:27

†††

Self-doubt can block
our blessings, even place God
into limitation, by our own
thoughts and words!

Keeping our minds
open to God's promises,
bringing to remembrance, all
things He has done, in the past,
assures us that He can do
so once again!

We must guard our thoughts
so that we are not led into defeat
or failure, but rather into victory.

Ask God to take up
your case in His mighty
power and strength.

Cast those burdens upon
Him this morning, and free
yourself from the worries that
are attached to them.

Attachments aRe nothing
but claws of the enemy, trying
to place strongholds in our
minds and spirits.

Don't allow him
to do that to you!

We have a God Who
is more than able, Who is
willing, and Who is the most
powerful, upon the earth.

Tell your troubles to
take a hike today ... all the way
to the throne path in Heaven!

They have a long way
to go, so start them packing
first thing, each morning.

Free yourself to have
a blessed day in Christ ... fully
assured of His faithfulness
in perfect peace.

God Shows His
Love in Many Ways

When hearts are heavy and hope
grows dim, tears may fill our eyes,

But today's sorrow could be
a blessing in disguise.

We cannot know what lies ahead,
But we serve a loving God,

And we always find beside us
His footprints in the sod.

There are no limitations
on what our God can do.

And He does not turn away
when earthly friends are few.

When we come into His Presence,
true healing can begin,

For He will send a comforter
to make us whole again!

God shows His love in many
ways to all who call His name.

He dries our tears and warms our
hearts and makes us glad we came!

Good Morning, Folks!

†††

"So will it be
with the resurrection
of the dead.

The body that is sown
is perishable ... it is raised
imperishable ... it is sown in
dishonor ... it is raised in glory,
it is sown in weakness ... it
is raised in power.

It is sown a
natural body ... it is raised
a spiritual body."

I Corinthians 15:42-44

†††

Often, God's chosen ones
are hidden in obscure places,
until the refining process has
been advanced, and purging has
taken place within the heart.

Just as God has prepared
a place for us in Heaven, so,
also, has He prepared a place
for us, upon the earth!

Sadly, many Christians
receive Christ as Savior, and
are happy with that alone, never
seeking His divine purpose upon
earth, never experiencing His
power, as He intended.

We come out of the
life that is cursed, into a
life that is blessed!

We journey along until we
begin to experience Him, in every
area of our lives, and we should
not be content, until we do.

As we take up the
resurrected blood, we
move forth, away from death
into live, as we are to walk
in resurrected life.

As the human body
dies to self, to the penalty
of Adam, the spirit man within
begins to emerge into the renewed
life of the Redeemed, leaving the
body which is now dead.

As we grow and mature
from the natural, into spiritual,
we become more focused upon and
aware of the spiritual direction, in hopes
of receiving the Glory strength which is
ours, and all that God has planned for
our lives ... being given the Spirit of
wisdom and revelation, so that
we may know Him better, and
serve Him even more!

This is the purpose of the
Redeemed of God, upon the
earth, increasing Him in
every way possible!

It is time that many
emerge from death, into
life, into Resurrected life, the
life of the Redeemed!

Look to Jesus

Look to Jesus when the sun shines,
Feel His Presence ever near,

In thy soul know He is Sovereign;
Hear His voice speak soft and clear.

"All is well and in your favor,
Lo, with you, I am always."

Ponder this ...
Build your faith stronger,
Trust God in this perfect day.

Surely, skies will cloud and darken,
Sorrow, too, will fill your soul,

Disappointment may deter you
from your dearest dream and goal.

Hold His hand, for happy moments,
build your faith, affirming trust,

And His nearness will sustain you,
when your plans dissolve in dust.

Cling to Jesus,
count your blessings;
then when anguish and despair
shatter hope and leave you stranded,
you will find Him with you there.
